While I have personally spoken with a great many of you, for those of you who are not familiar with me, my name is Rob Lons. I am the CEO and founder of BitcoinWebHosting.net.
Unfortunately, I have no choice but to publicly announce that I am no longer in control of BitcoinWebHosting.net or responsible for its current operations.
On the 18th of October I was locked out of company accounts by my partner Todd Reagor and sent the following documents:

He is essentially holding the company hostage and threatening to dissolve the company if I do not sell out my half of the company to him.
I cannot leave my name tied to BitcoinWebHosting.net when I am not in control of its operations.
Again, I am no longer responsible for the operation of this business.
The truth is I do not have the resources to pursue litigation to secure my legal half of the company after giving up my previous work to build this company. My partner knows this. I am being forced to sell under ridiculous terms or watch the company be dissolved.
It is not the money that motivated me to build this company.
I am asking the bitcoin community if an attorney would step forward to represent my stake in court. In exchange, I will donate my 50% stake in the company and any proceeds from litigation to whatever charity or good cause the bitcoin community sees fit.
I will leave that decision in your hands.
